About Caribbean Fusion

An exciting new venture has recently come to Maghull (Liverpool Merseyside) with the opening of a ‘Pop-up’ Caribbean Fusion Style restaurant.

Owner Paul Rowe was born in St Vincent (Grenada) around 100 miles west of Barbados and feels Maghull is ready to sample traditional authentic Caribbean food.

Paul has lives in Maghull for over 5 years with his family but has previously worked in several restaurants in London.

“Food is my passion and I want to share my family recipes with other people. I am proud of my heritage and think that the flavours and style of cooking that is unique to Caribbean food is something that everybody can enjoy. The food is all made fresh and using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and all the dishes and sauces I make myself. Caribbean food is homely and hearty and packed full of flavour. My signature dish is Jerk Chicken which I marinate overnight in a homemade jerk sauce and serve with jerk gravy.

Many people have never tried Caribbean Food before so please come and join me for a taste of sunshine right here in Maghull!

I always loved producing delicious mouth watering meals for my family. I carried this high standard when cooking for parties, relatives and friends. I always love to impress my guests with my innovative style of cooking.

Soon word got round about my inventive style and amazing range of English, Caribbean, African and Latin meals. The Fusion in my cooking takes influences from these countries and blends them together.

I look forward to cooking for you so that you can also experience Fusion cooking at its finest! (Paul Rowe)
